inzivil (a German word literally translated to English) means ‘not in uniform’. At inzivil we think fashion should be spontaneous, fun, individual. The last thing it should be is a uniform.

After becoming frustrated with the lack of availability and choice of NZ and Australian up and coming designers both on-line and at retail sites in NZ, we decided to start inzivil to offer a refined selection of the best emerging designer pieces all in one place via the internet.

inzivil combines our love of fashion, our obsession with individual expression, and an addiction to fashion magazines. Our website features a styled photo shoot inspired by our pick of the crop from the designers’ collections. These items are complemented by a range of carefully selected vintage clothing.

All of the items featured in the shoot are available to purchase on the site, so if you see anything you like, you can purchase it right now! But be quick though, as some stock is limited, and the vintage pieces are all one-off originals.
